This lady & gentleman got divorced, this was the only remaining wedding picture and was consigned to the attic. They later remarried, and needed to rescue the picture. The original was extremely dirty and had I scanned it in that state it would have required a huge amount of time cleaning by computer, so I first cleaned the print very gently before scanning it. I then had to reconstruct the man's sleeve, convert to black and white, clean up the background and finally add a sepia tone.
