Photo Retouching/Restoration/Reconstruction / Soldier Judy Mainwaring

This was a tiny 3" print and an A4 enlargement was required. The picture was scanned at high resolution, scratches and tears repaired, contrast improved, but reconstruction of the left leg proved unconvincing, so the vignette was applied to get round this problem.
